HOME HEALTH CARE SOLUTIONS PAGE
The Home Health Care Solutions page featured a range of products customers need to take care of loved ones who can’t take care of themselves. But it was primarily shopping oriented and provided little support or insight into caregiving—a missed opportunity to help people thrust into this important role.
I worked closely with a designer to revamp the page and give it a caregiver focus, modifying our traditional shopping template for a more content-driven, user-friendly experience. We added bathroom and bedroom safety checklists (which include product descriptions in context), convenient services, helpful resources and Frequently Asked Questions.
A research study found that users were “surprised and impressed” by our caregiver page, especially the safety checklists feature. Additionally, Amazon and Walgreens rated highest on “quality of information for caregivers.”
