The Rx order confirmation emails, sent to thousands of Walgreens customers every day, needed to be updated, simplified and aligned with new branding. I collaborated with a UX and UI designer to develop a clean template that suits both desktop and mobile, featuring concise copy that’s consistent with the pharmacy checkout experience on walgreens.com.
