The high-traffic Walgreens pharmacy landing page was due for a copy and design overhaul. To better help customers find what they’re looking for, I worked with a UX and UI designer to simplify navigation, surface key digital services and highlight the value of creating a pharmacy account. The result? A more digestible page narrative and even better metrics.
One challenge was figuring out how to pack a lot of information onto this page without it becoming too copy heavy. We decided to use drawers to better explain each pharmacy feature. I wrote succinct copy for each drawer.
